This is the best fencer I have ever purchased! It works great for my cattle. It’s definitely worth the money.Meets all expectationsWorks very well. I really like it and would buy again without hesitation. I highly recommend this product.Bought the Cyclops Boss, (30 joule model).Had my 1,800lb. bull get out during a bad storm, lighting hit the fence and fried my old charger. I put a spare charger i had which was a Silver Streak 3 joule in place, and observed my bull rubbing himself against the fence for fun. I touched it and was disappointed at the slight tingle. Keeping in calves and old cows is easy, but a bull that tests fences needs a strong dosage to respect them.I've always felt if you own livestock, especially bulls, you have a responsibility to have adequate fencing.Standing on dry ground, i take a 3" blade of grass and touch a hot wire with it, it's painful enough in my hand i can't hold it on.I'm confident if i touched a ground and hot wire close to the charger, it would throw me on my back or kill me....... perfect.I've used farm store fencers my whole life. Cheap junk hidden in a big box. This charger is heavy and well built. I've also been shocked several times in my life. During the installation I touched one of the wires with insulated pliers. It got me. This is by far the strongest shock I've ever recieved.Whoa, this is a monster !!!! I love itNo Bull, this will regulate the mind if they can’t make a decision to stay off the line. It’s got a tick so it’s good if u can put it away so it can’t be heard. Any animal will get smart enough to pair noise, no tick no shock.I have had many many fence chargers, and currently run several different ones Gallagher included, I have the Cyclops Boss which has taken over as my primary. This is by far the best Fence Charger out there, it will give a wollup your livestock will remember, even calves don't get out. I have dealt with the company for repairs too, awesome customer service... It's expensive but very well worth every pennyCharger does its job. If grounded properly, it will keep animals out and/or in, depending on your situation. When my grounding failed, electricity decided to use my horse barn as ground. I received a nice surprise opening barn.Customer service is great. Give them a call and you are talking to someone involved in the design of the product with a wealth of information.Very good fencer!
